Partner - Inspire (The Eden and Razzett Foundation)

Inspire foundation was set up by linking two biggest Maltese non-governmental organizations, dealing with supporting the disabled people in their personal and professional development. By different operations being realized in five centers, Inspire makes its way to more than 1000 disabled people on Malta. As one of the most active institutions in this field, Inspire advises the country's authorities, supports their cooperatives, and first of all, helps to build a world prepared for a complete inclusion of disabled people in its functioning.

Inspire is a main subject providing the support and integration of disabled people in the places of work services. The Adult training program realized by Inspire include disabled people from 16 years old. According to the type of disability and age of participants, the program offers a wide range of different forms of support, and is still developing.

In the organization, there are two departments - training and employment. To get the support of the employment department, first you have to finish the training course. Activities realized within the employment department:

Preparing the workspace;
Raising awareness of the disability;
Professional coaching;
Support after taking the employment;
Supported employment and social enterprise;
Professional competence-raising workshops;
Charity shop.
